Topic: The way, the truth and the life Scripture: John 14:5-6 Glory to God in the highest for showing us the way the truth and the life. Jesus being made for our deliverance and redemption. In our foundation scripture, John 14:5 [5]Thomas said to Him, Lord, we do not know where You are going, so how can we know the way? hallelujah!!! In certain situations we find ourselves,  one most likely questions we are bound to ask is "what's the way?" Today, we are being reminded that Jesus is the way and in Him we can find the truth and the eternal life. To an unbeliever whose desire is to be converted and be transformed into a full blown believer, is likely to ask "how can I?" or "what's the possible way?". Scripture: Mathew 5:14-16 Today's message may seem insignificant to many because it might have been heard over and over again. But in another thought, can you imagine being the peace, joy and hope of the world? Bringing the world out of darkness into God's marvelous light? Our foundation scripture touches on this position as a believer. "You are the light of the world" Hallelujah!!! Light in this regards is the glory of God in man. In John 8:12, Jesus mentioned, "I am the light of the world and he who follows me will not walk in darkness but will have the light which is life". When you are born again (have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior), that power of being a light of the world has been transferred to you by faith through Christ Jesus so that through you others might be saved also. Topic: Be Christ like Scripture: Philippians 2:5-11 Today's foundation scripture touches on the life of Christ and how he presented himself to mankind. In Paul's letter to the Philippians, he instructed in Philippians 2:5 [5]Let this same attitude and purpose and [humble] mind be in you which was in Christ Jesus: [Let Him be your example in humility:]-Amplified. Jesus was a humble man. In most situations, we forget the Christ-like attitude of humility, taken up the sufferings of and giving up our lives for others. In verse 7, bible indicates that Jesus gave up his place of glory, honor, pride and dignity and made himself nothing before men. In order to be Christ-like, you need to give up your pleasures and submit to the sufferings of those you love. Many of us live sin consciously, as opposed to living in the blessings of God's righteousness; A sin conscious life is driven by what the bible describes as 'works', such as 'how much time can I spend praying?, 'How many times can I fast in a year?' and other spiritual exercises in order to get God's attention. POSITION: FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT BIOGRAPHY Richard Nana Yaw Addae , Founder and President of the International Christian Youth Fellowship (ICYF) is a Ghanaian, born and raised in Accra in the Greater Accra region. Richard hails from Wusuta in the Volta Region of Ghana. He attended St. Paul’s Gospel Ministry Academy where he left at class six and continued at St. Peter’s Anglican Junior Secondary School completing in 2009 as a senior prefect and continued at Kwahu Tafo SHS where he also served in various organizations which includes, President of the KWATSEC cultural troupe in 2012, Adviser to the Writers, Debaters and Drama Club in 2011, founder of the KWATSEC cadet coup in 2013 and other roles including a Scripture Union (SU) Cell Leader and finally completed also as a senior prefect.
